NEAT by Kaaypee – learn, mix and find your flavour.
Find recipes for the ingredients in your bar, explore new combinations and learn to make drinks step by step. Based on the NEAT book by Kåpe Christiansen / Kaaypee.
INCLUDED WITH START
Your app purchase includes 40 recipes, the first learning chapter and a selection of signature profiles, welcome drinks and party cards. Add ingredients to My bar, find recipes you can make, save favourites and build a shopping list.
MORE WITH NEAT COMPLETE
Complete is a separate one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks 1,631 recipe entries, including variations, all nine learning chapters and the full selection of signature profiles, occasion themes and party cards.
Complete is offered at a separate initial price when you first choose your tier. Choosing to continue with Start means the regular upgrade price applies later. Both purchases unlock the same content. The app download is a separate payment in addition to the upgrade. No subscription.
MAKE SOMETHING WITH YOUR BAR
Record your spirits, mixers and other ingredients in My bar. Find matches in the recipe library and get new combination suggestions using your ingredients. Suggestions use flavour profiles and mixing ratios; not every combination has been taste-tested.
FIND YOUR SIGNATURE
Choose flavours and a style, explore cocktails, shots and alcohol-free drinks, and find ideas to adjust further. Search by name or ingredient and combine multiple flavour filters.
PLAN THE WELCOME
Create welcome-drink and punch suggestions based on flavour, occasion and serving count. Complete adds more themes, seasons and colour choices. With Drink Roulette, guests enter names and flavour preferences on the same phone, helping the host collect their choices.
LEARN AND SAVE YOUR FAVOURITES
Follow the learning chapters, read ingredient explanations and find instructions for syrups and preparations. Save custom recipes, tasting notes and progress. Share recipes and shopping lists as text or images.
The party section includes Dritings ukorrekt, a Norwegian-language card game with crude adult humour about sex, bodies and dating. It uses points, allows players to pass and has no drinking penalties.
ACCESS AND STORAGE
No separate NEAT account is needed. Apple handles payments and purchase restoration. Content is included with installation; purchases, restoration and checks of purchase status may require internet. Personal choices stay on your device without a separate cloud-sync service.
FOR EARLIER BOOK BUYERS
If you were promised free app access with your book purchase, that promise remains. Activation is coming later and is not available in this release. Wait before buying the app or Complete to obtain that promised access. Questions: amina@kaaypee.no.
