myNoise offers 300+ immersive soundscapes, entirely customizable. Move the sliders to create the ambience that perfectly fits your needs. The app is designed as your daily companion: to focus, to sleep, or simply to relax.
Used by millions of users worldwide, myNoise is designed for long listening sessions, with an average listening time of over one hour per session.
WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR
There are thousands of reasons why you'd need to immerse yourself in an ambient sound you crafted yourself. Here are the most frequent ones:
• Focus & productivity. A stable audio environment for studying, remote work or the office. Widely used by people with ADHD, AuDHD or autism.
• Sleep. Build the ambience that helps you fall asleep, and cover whatever might wake you.
• Noise masking. Cover traffic, neighbours, an open-plan office or a noisy household. A steady background sound makes disruptive noise far easier to ignore.
• Stress & anxiety. Shut out the outside world when you need it most. Also used as PTSD support.
• Tinnitus relief. Tune a background sound that blends with your own ringing. Every tinnitus is different, so every sound here can be adjusted to match yours.
• Meditation & breathing, with a meditation bell to pace your sessions.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
A lot of things! Try the app :) But here are the main reasons we're different:
• You shape the sound. Every soundscape has its own sliders. "White Noise & Co" alone covers white, brown, green, grey and pink noise, so a single soundscape can replace an entire app, or a physical noise machine. "Mediterranean Garden" lets you set the ocean waves, the wind, the cicadas.
• Or build your own. Creation Mode lets you combine up to 10 sliders taken from any soundscape in the app: rain from one, a drone from another, birds from a third.
• Professionally engineered. Every soundscape is built by research engineer Dr. Ir. Stéphane Pigeon and mixed for hours of comfortable listening. It keeps evolving and never loops back on itself.
• 100% human sound. Field recordings and real instruments. No AI-generated audio, ever.
• One purchase, for life. Free to download, no ads, no subscription. Unlock everything once and keep it, including every soundscape we release later.
