About

MyBPLog is a simple, easy to use, iPhone blood pressure/heart rate tracker designed for quick voice entry and easy record keeping. Tap Enter Reading, say a reading such as “120 over 80,” then tap Stop Listening. MyBPLog listens for a realistic blood pressure pattern and ignores unrelated speech, which helps when you are in a noisy room. Each saved reading is logged with the current date and time. Your log is color coded so readings are easy to scan: - High: systolic 130 or higher, or diastolic 80 or higher - Normal: systolic 90-129 and diastolic 60-79 - Low: systolic below 90, or diastolic below 60 Features: - One-button voice entry for readings like “120 over 80”, heart rate readings like "72" and notes for anything you want. - Date and time saved automatically - Color-coded reading status: High, Normal, or Low - In-app user guide explaining categories and workflow - Share or save your log as a CSV file - Print a readable blood pressure/heart rate/notes log - Delete individual readings or clear the full log - On-device storage - No account required MyBPLog is for personal tracking and record keeping. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional what blood pressure targets are right for you.
