Have you ever needed to make a warranty claim, only to find that the receipt, serial number or guarantee document has disappeared?
My Guarantee keeps the important records for your products and home installations together in one secure, organised place. Add a photo of the item, scan its receipt and save its warranty details, documents and expiry date—so you can quickly see what’s covered and for how long.
Keep track of everyday purchases such as appliances, electronics, furniture, power tools and garden equipment. Or manage the many guarantees that come with a renovation or house build, from kitchens, windows and flooring to boilers, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers.
Everything is organised by expiry date, helping you act before valuable cover runs out. When something goes wrong, the proof of purchase and supporting information you need are already within reach.
Your guarantees are backed up to your personal iCloud account and kept in sync across your devices. You can also export them as a ZIP file, giving you a portable backup whenever you need one.
No accounts. No tracking. No advertising data collection. Your information remains on your devices and in your personal iCloud account—it is never collected by us.
Whether it’s one new appliance or an entire home, My Guarantee keeps the protection that comes with your purchases from getting lost.
My Guarantee — know what’s covered.
