Capture a thought the second it appears.
Moment Notes is a fast voice-note app for the ideas, reminders, and details that show up while you are walking, driving, cooking, or heading out the door.
Press record, say what is on your mind, and come back to something readable and searchable, not just an audio file. Moment Notes turns recordings into clear transcripts, concise summaries, tasks, tags, and answers when you go looking later.
Designed for personal capture, not formal meeting transcription. Use it for quick ideas, a debrief to yourself after a meeting, things you need to remember, and thoughts you do not want to lose.
What you can do with Moment Notes:
- Capture voice notes quickly from iPhone.
- Start recording from the Lock Screen, Action Button, Shortcuts, or Apple Watch.
- Turn recordings into readable transcripts and summaries.
- Ask questions across your notes when you forget the exact words.
- Save tasks and reminders from what you said.
- Organize notes with tags and people.
- Review the day with a daily summary and reminder.
- Use Privacy Mode for sensitive notes you want to keep on-device.
Moment Notes is built for the in-between moments when typing is too slow and the thought will not wait.
