Mise turns a cooking video from Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts into a structured, step-by-step recipe — with a generated photo for every single step, so you always know what the dish should look like right now.
Share the video to Mise or paste its link. The AI watches the footage and listens to the audio, then writes out every ingredient with its quantity and every step in order. No pausing, no rewinding, no screenshots you never revisit.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Find a cooking video you love
2. Tap Share → select Mise
3. AI reads the video and builds a clean recipe
4. Cook it step by step, hands-free
FEATURES

Each step gets its own generated image of that stage — not another shot of the finished dish. You always know what it should look like in front of you.
▸ Free Imports Every Week
Every account imports recipes for free each week, and the allowance refills every Monday. Mise Pro lifts the weekly cap entirely.
▸ Import from Anywhere
Share any cooking video from Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts directly to Mise. Our AI does the rest.

Every ingredient, quantity, and cooking step — automatically structured and ready to use.
▸ Step-by-Step Cooking Mode
Follow along with guided steps and built-in timers. No more losing your place mid-cook.
▸ Read It in Your Language
Imported recipes arrive in your language automatically. Translating a saved recipe on demand is part of Mise Pro.
▸ Nutrition at a Glance
Calories and macros are estimated for every recipe you import, and shown in full with Mise Pro.
▸ Smart Shopping List
Mise Pro sends a whole recipe to your shopping list in one tap, grouped by aisle. Check items off as you shop.
▸ Personal Cookbook
Save and organize your recipes in one place, searchable by ingredient, name or cuisine. Mise Pro keeps every recipe you import.
