THE CLAIM ADDS ITSELF UP
Business journeys use HMRC approved mileage rates: 45p a mile for the first 10,000 business miles in a tax year, then 25p — counted across every vehicle you drive. If a journey crosses the 10,000-mile threshold, Milesheet splits it at the right point.
Carrying colleagues on a business journey? Add them to the trip and Milesheet includes the extra 5p per passenger mile too.

Log a fill-up with the litres, price and odometer reading. Between full tanks, Milesheet calculates your real MPG and uses your actual fuel cost to price journeys instead of relying on a brochure figure.
Parking, tolls and other charges can be attached to the journey they belong to, along with a photo of the receipt.
