Matcheroo is adult dating built differently — for people who want real meetings, not endless typing.
• Structured chat only — no open DMs. You connect through guided questions and tap-to-send phrases. There is no free-text chat box, so nobody can flood you with messages online.
• Cartoon avatar from a deleted selfie. You take a one-time selfie during signup; Matcheroo creates an illustrated cartoon face for your profile, then deletes the original selfie. Browsing is not a photo gallery.
• Voice intro (up to about 30 seconds). Hear who someone is before you meet — your main intro is a short voice recording, not a wall of text.
• Public meet places. When you are both ready, coordinate a date at a user-chosen public meeting point in the app — designed to move you toward an in-person meet in Zurich.
Matcheroo is 18+. Free to join; optional in-app purchases include date credits and Matcheroo Premium (fewer ads, extra Discover signals). Report and block are available on profiles and in chat.
