The simplest way to keep records for every animal you own.
Notebooks get wet. Feed-bag scribbles get lost. Spreadsheets never get updated. Livestock Diary gives you one place to record what happens on your farm — right when it happens, right where you're standing.
RECORD IT IN THE FIELD
No signal, no problem. Livestock Diary works fully offline and syncs the moment you're back in range. Log an event in seconds with one hand while the other's on the gate.
EVERYTHING FOR EVERY ANIMAL
- Individual animal profiles — tag number, breed, sex, date of birth, photo
- Births, weanings, deaths and culls
- Weights and average daily gain over time
- Treatments, vaccinations, drenches and withdrawal periods
- Breeding records — services, pregnancy checks, calving and lambing dates
- Purchases, sales and prices
- Movements between camps, paddocks and groups
- Notes and photos attached to any entry
KNOW YOUR HERD, NOT JUST YOUR HEADCOUNT
- See any animal's full history in one tap
- Spot your best and worst performers on weight gain and fertility
- Track calving and lambing percentages season on season
- Get reminders before boosters, pregnancy checks and withdrawal periods end
- Search and filter by tag, group, age, status or paddock
READY WHEN SOMEONE ASKS
Vet visits, buyers, auditors and traceability schemes all want records. Export any list or history to PDF or spreadsheet and send it straight from your phone.
BUILT FOR MIXED FARMS
Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs or a bit of everything — set up your own species, breeds, groups and event types so the app matches how you actually farm.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Records are backed up securely and stay accessible on every device you sign in on. Export the lot at any time — no lock-in.
WHY FARMERS CHOOSE LIVESTOCK DIARY
Because good records aren't paperwork — they're how you know which cow to keep, which ewe to cull, and which decision actually paid off last season.
