Lists helps you create and share todo lists with the people who matter—family, roommates, teammates—so everyone sees the same list, updated in real time.
What you can do
Create lists for shopping, trips, work, everyday todos, recipes, wish lists, and more.
Invite collaborators by email and build lists together.
Stay in sync—changes show up for everyone without manual refreshing.
Start faster with templates for common list types.
Match how you work with flexible completion rules—whether anyone can check things off, everyone must agree, or only the assignee can complete a task.
Recipe lists include ingredients, quantities, and instructions in one place—handy for cooking and meal planning.
Whether you’re splitting chores, planning a vacation, or running errands, Lists keeps your shared work simple and visible to the whole group.
