Leadership Intelligence (LI) Mentor Lab is a practical leadership development experience designed to strengthen contextual judgement—not simply test whether you can find the “right” answer.
Work through 150 realistic workplace scenarios using the Leadership Intelligence methodology:
READ the situation beneath the surface.
SHIFT your approach to match the context.
ENABLE people to contribute with clarity and confidence.
MULTIPLY capability beyond the immediate decision.
PRACTISE REAL LEADERSHIP DECISIONS
Every scenario asks you to interpret the people, work and stakeholder context before choosing how to respond. The app’s mentoring guidance helps explain why an approach may be effective and how a change in context could alter the decision.
DEVELOP YOUR JUDGEMENT
• Begin with the First Guided Lab
• Explore 150 varied leadership scenarios
• Select Guided, Reflective or Independent Mentor Support
• Compare your reasoning with contextual mentoring
• Experience Context Flips that challenge your original decision
• Review a complete decision debrief
• Build confidence across READ, SHIFT, ENABLE and MULTIPLY
MOVE FROM PRACTICE TO THE WORKPLACE
Turn insights into practical Workplace Experiments. Choose one action to try, set a follow-up date, add a private reminder and return later to record what happened.
LEARN WITH YOUR TEAM
Team Leadership Huddles provide a structured way to discuss scenarios together. Individual choices remain private until the group is ready to reveal and explore the reasoning behind different perspectives.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
LI Mentor Lab does not require an account. Practice results, scenario history and Workplace Experiments are stored locally on your device.
You remain in control:
• Export a readable copy of your information
• Delete completed Workplace Experiments
• Reset your shuffled scenario decks
• Erase all locally stored information
• Share a scenario wording report only when you choose
WHO IS IT FOR?
LI Mentor Lab is designed for emerging leaders, experienced managers, leadership teams, mentors, coaches and anyone who wants to make more thoughtful decisions in complex workplace situations.
Leadership is rarely about applying the same response every time. It is about reading what the moment requires—and responding with intelligence.
