What does this moment need from you—and what should it leave with others?
Leadership Intelligence (LI) App turns leadership decisions into practical learning. Work through 500 realistic workplace scenarios, choose your response and explore how your decisions affect people, contribution and organisational maturity.
Based on Leadership Intelligence (LI) by Guy Pilens, the app helps you practise the shift from doing everything yourself to creating the conditions for others to think, decide, act and grow.
PRACTISE BEFORE PRESSURE
Each game presents 20 leadership situations with four possible responses. Decide what you would do, see the consequences and consider what your choice teaches others to expect.
When should you step in? When should you coach, clarify authority, protect capacity or leave ownership with someone else?
The contribution that helped yesterday may not be what today’s situation needs.
READ · SHIFT · ENABLE · MULTIPLY
• READ what the situation requires.
• SHIFT your contribution to fit the moment.
• ENABLE others with the conditions they need.
• MULTIPLY capability that continues beyond your involvement.
SEE THE EFFECT OF YOUR DECISIONS
Follow changes across 15 contribution indicators: Clarity, Responsibility, Authority, Flow, Trust, Capability, Follow-through, Accountability, Results, Energy, Dependency, Voice, Learning, Signals and Systems.
Explore how your choices influence simulated maturity across the five levels of CMMO®—the Contribution Maturity Model for Organisations—from Personal Output to Multiplying Contribution.
CONNECT PRACTICE WITH THE BOOK
Decision feedback connects each scenario with ideas from Leadership Intelligence. Explore the immediate consequence, an enabling action, the longer-term contribution and a question to carry into your next workplace conversation.

START HERE, THEN GO DEEPER
Leadership Intelligence (LI) App offers an accessible question-and-answer approach to leadership practice. When you are ready for deeper evidence-led thinking, explore the separate LI Mentor Lab app.
Both connect with the wider Contribution Shift ecosystem of books, practice tools, mentoring, CMMO and Contribution Mapping.
For emerging leaders, experienced managers, team leaders, coaches and anyone who wants to strengthen contribution through others.
Scenario outcomes and scores are illustrative learning tools, not validated assessments or predictions of organisational performance.
Leadership is measured not only by what you do, but by what becomes possible through others.
