An empty terminal, a small budget, and your first passenger at the gate.
Everything else is up to you.
International Airport is a simulator where you don't watch your airport from above — you run it with your own hands.
WALK EVERY PASSENGER THROUGH THE TERMINAL
Entrance screening, ticket desk, check-in, passport control, boarding — five stations, and every decision is yours.

One mistake means a fine and a hit to your rating.
CATCH THE OFFENDERS
Screening rules change every shift: today it's men with tablets, tomorrow it's anyone with three suitcases.
Found something forbidden? Send them to Security, turn them away… or let them through for a bribe — just remember: a dangerous passenger on board will cost you dearly.
