About

Inra reads the label on any packaged food and tells you, in plain language, what's really inside — so you can make informed choices that fit your dietary preference. Point your camera at the back of the pack. Inra reads the nutrition panel and ingredients, then shows you a clear, honest breakdown: how much added sugar, sodium, and fibre it really has, which ingredients are worth knowing about, and how it fits the dietary focus you've chosen (like lower-sugar). WHY INRA • Decode, don't judge — we translate confusing labels into plain language instead of slapping on a scary grade. You stay in control of the decision. • Built for your preference — set a focus like "lower sugar" and see how a product fits it, based on the label's own values. • Grounded in public guidelines — verdicts reference widely used dietary guidance (WHO, ICMR-NIN, FSSAI), and we show you the basis on screen. • Works where you shop — reads real supermarket labels across India, the UK, EU, US and Gulf, and shows the guideline basis that applies to the pack. • Private by design — your scans are tied to your phone number and stay yours. Export or delete your data anytime. HOW IT WORKS 1. Scan the back of the pack. 2. Inra reads the nutrition + ingredients. 3. See a clear breakdown and how it fits your preference — plus simpler alternatives when they exist. WHAT INRA IS (AND ISN'T) Inra is an informational wellness tool to help you understand food labels. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a judgment of any product's overall quality or safety. Always follow the guidance of a qualified professional for health decisions. Start seeing what's really inside your food. Download Inra. READS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Every new account gets 10 free label reads.
