App Review Notes
Thank you for reviewing HomeChef Mini.
A dedicated App Review demo account is provided in the Sign-In Information section of App Store Connect.
To sign in:
1. Open the app.
2. On the sign-in screen, press and hold the HomeChef Mini logo at the top for 3 seconds until the App Review sign-in form appears.
3. Enter the review email and password provided in the Sign-In Information section.
No Apple ID, Google account, OTP, or 2FA is required for the review account.
The review account uses the Free plan and is intentionally not pre-subscribed, allowing the reviewer to access and test the Mini Plus paywall, Apple subscription purchase flow, and Restore Purchases option.

• Recipe Import
Home → Import Recipe
Recipes can be imported from supported public TikTok or Instagram recipe links, photos, or text.
• AI Processing Permission
The first time an AI-powered feature is used, such as recipe import or translation, HomeChef Mini presents a disclosure explaining that selected recipe content may be processed by OpenAI.
The disclosure identifies OpenAI, describes the types of content that may be processed, and provides “Allow & Continue” and “Not Now” options.
Selecting “Not Now” does not send the selected recipe content for AI processing. Permission can later be managed from:

The subscription uses Apple StoreKit. No external payment method is used to unlock digital features.

Settings → Delete Account
Account deletion uses the same in-app deletion flow as normal user accounts and permanently deletes the review account. If testing account deletion, please perform this step after completing the other authenticated review paths.

Allergen and nutrition information may include estimated or AI-assisted information and is provided for informational purposes. Users should verify actual ingredients and product labels where allergies are involved.
Guest browsing is also available from the sign-in screen using “Explore the app first”.
