HOW TO USE FLOW ALARM:
1) Place your Flow Dock across the room from your bed
2) Set your wake-up time in the app
3) When the alarm sounds, get out of bed and tap your iPhone on the Dock to dismiss it
Flow Alarm tracks your sleep patterns and records your sleep sounds — including snoring and sleep talking — using your phone's mic so you can understand and improve your nightly rest.
If you want to finally stop oversleeping and wake up on time every single day, Flow Alarm will get you there more reliably than any other alarm.
We aren’t another gentle alarm app full of snooze buttons.
We built a stupid-simple physical system that forces you to get up. You still have to do the work of getting out of bed, but we’ll give you the hardware and intelligent sleep tools you need to build a consistent wake-up habit and better rest for good.
