DOMx Mobile is for authorized clinic staff. A clinic administrator enrols your device before it can be used — there is no public sign-up, and it is not an app for patients.
Private by design
• Sign-in uses two-factor authentication; your password is never stored in the app
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites
• AI Scribe audio is used only to produce the transcript and note, and is not retained after processing
• Every AI-generated note is a draft — the treating professional reviews and approves it before it becomes part of the record
