Digital Legacy Vault is a private, secure place to store everything your loved ones need to know — in case of emergency or when the time comes.
100% offline. No accounts. No cloud. No internet required. Ever.
Your information never leaves your device.
WHAT YOU CAN STORE:
- Emergency Contacts — The people who need to be called first. Spouse, attorney, doctor, executor. Sorted by priority.
- Final Wishes — Funeral arrangements, burial preferences, medical directives, personal messages, and anything else that matters to you.
- Medications — Current prescriptions, dosages, allergies, prescribing physicians, and pharmacy information. Critical for medical emergencies.
- Document Locations — A "map to the paperwork." Tell your executor exactly where to find your will, insurance policies, bank accounts, real estate deeds, and more.
- A Letter to Your Executor — Write a personal message that appears as the first page of your exported PDF.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY:
- Face ID / Touch ID protection — your vault locks automatically every time you leave the app
- All data encrypted at rest using iOS Complete File Protection
- Excluded from iCloud backup by design
- Zero network calls — the app has no ability to transmit your data
- Home screen widget shows only when you last updated your vault — never your actual data
PLAN AHEAD WITH APPLE LEGACY CONTACT:
When you designate a primary emergency contact, Digital Legacy Vault guides you to set them as your Apple Legacy Contact — allowing them to request access to your iPhone after you pass away, without needing your passcode or Face ID.
EXPORT YOUR VAULT:
Generate a professionally formatted PDF document at any time — complete with your name, date, document ID, executor letter, and a confidentiality footer. Print it and store it with your important papers, or share it securely with your executor.
In an age of data breaches and cloud vulnerabilities, Digital Legacy Vault takes a different approach: your most sensitive information stays exactly where it belongs — on your device, under your control.
Set it up once. Update it when things change. Print it when it matters.
