NEW IN 4.1: WIDGETS & LIVE ACTIVITY
• Home Screen widgets in three sizes — pick which stat leads (day streak, minutes today, this week).
• Lock Screen widgets — your streak and today's minutes at a glance, plus a progress ring.
• A Control Center control to start your pinned routine in one tap.
• A meditation Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with Pause, Resume, and End controls — manage your session without opening the app.
• Apple Watch Smart Stack — your active timer surfaces right on your wrist.
All styled with iOS 26's Liquid Glass, and showing your full meditation history (including Apple Health) so the numbers match what you see in the app.
ROUTINES
Save your favorite session as a Routine — duration, background sound, frequency tone, binaural preset, metronome, and end sound — then recall it in one tap from the home screen or Control Center.
APPLE WATCH
A full companion app: a precision meditation timer that survives wrist-lowered, screen-locked, and backgrounded states. Time-sensitive completion notifications + in-app haptics. Plus haptic-guided breathing and a dedicated Sleep mode.
CO-REGULATE
Meditate with someone nearby — no internet required. Two phones discover each other automatically and sync a shared timer using peer-to-peer connectivity. Partner-aware, with three relationship modes (Spouse / Friend / Family) and HealthKit metadata.
MEDITATION
Set your timer from 1 to 120 minutes with optional interval bells. Choose synthesized solfeggio frequency tones (174–963 Hz), ambient sounds, or silence. Follow one of 11 guided techniques — Vortex Breath, Yoga Nidra, Trataka, Box Breathing, 4-7-8, and more.
BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
Five binaural beat presets — Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma — for brainwave synchronization via stereo headphones. Headphone detection reminds you when one earbud is missing.
BREATHING EXERCISES
7 breathing patterns with visual guides and haptic feedback: Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril), Fibonacci Vortex Breath, Wim Hof, Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Coherent, and 5-5 / 6-6.
SLEEP MODE
Drift off with ambient sleep sounds — Binaural Beats, Brown Noise, Fire, Flowing Water, Forest Camp, Water Bubbles, White Noise. Set a fade-out timer.
JOURNAL & INSIGHTS
Log your mood and notes after each session — text or voice, mid-session or after. Track streaks, view statistics, and watch your practice grow. 352 daily mindfulness quotes for inspiration.
APPLE HEALTH
Every meditation session logs Mindful Minutes. Breathing exercises record as workouts. Your practice counts toward your Health rings — and now feeds your widgets too.
