Welcome to a full reset. DAB 2.0 is built on an entirely new foundation so daily listening, watching, and connecting feel faster, clearer, and ready for what comes next. Under the hood it is new; on the surface it is still the Daily Audio Bible you count on, with the same Scripture and the same community DNA.
Same Bible. New player.
Playback has been rebuilt for a smoother, more dependable experience—clear progress, responsive controls, and integration that works naturally with your device. Chronological listening and your favorite channels are still at the center; the player is simply built for today’s expectations—less friction, more focus.
Same community. New Prayer Wall.
The Prayer Wall is redesigned for calmer reading, clearer threads, and a steadier rhythm whether you are posting a request, replying with encouragement, or simply scrolling to pray for others. The people are the same; the space is easier to use and easier to return to.
Video that meets you where you are.
The Watch experience is built for the device in your hand: immersive full-screen video, a vertical flow that feels natural to move through, and pull-to-refresh when you want the latest. Video testimonials add real stories to the mix—voices and faces you can sit with, then respond to alongside comments and conversation.
New music.
Music has its own path in the app—discoverable, playable, and woven into the broader DAB rhythm without crowding your daily listening.
More to explore, on purpose.
Keep notes and reflections with journaling tied to what you are hearing. See listening progress and achievements that mark consistency without turning your daily rhythm into a competition. Send encouragement through the prayer hotline, browse films and curated video (including DAB Films and Promised Land), and follow initiatives and events when you want to go deeper. Giving and the shop live in the same app experience—fewer handoffs, clearer paths. Episode downloads and personalized “listen next” help you stay on track when life is noisy. Phone and tablet layouts are tuned so navigation stays obvious, and text scaling options help when you want the interface a little easier on the eyes.
Stability where it matters.
This release also tightens playback and media behavior across the board—things like smoother chronological episode handling, more reliable recording timers for prayer and encouragement messages, and cleaner video behavior when you leave the app and come back. Small details, but they add up when DAB is part of your everyday rhythm.
DAB 2.0 is a new foundation for the same invitation: show up daily, listen with intention, and stay close to the community that prays with you. Thank you for being part of it—we built this chapter for you.
