Color Journal is a simple visual tracking app for symptoms, habits, emotions, sleep, pain, or any personal pattern you want to understand.
Create your own items, assign each one a color, then mark the colors that apply to each day. The monthly calendar gives you a clear view of repetitions and changes over time, without long forms or daily questionnaires.
Features:
- Create custom items to track
- Choose a color for each item
- Select multiple items for the same day
- View colors directly in the monthly calendar
- See a clear monthly summary
- Add notes to each day
- Navigate between months and years
- Keep your journal data stored locally on your iPhone
Color Journal is designed to be calm, private, and easy to use. It does not collect your data and does not track you.
Note: Color Journal is for personal tracking and reflection only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
