Beyond a menstrual calendar, Cicla is a tool for self-awareness and menstrual health, created for women from a feminist, reliable and approachable perspective.
With Cicla, you can:
Log your period, ovulation and daily symptoms.
Identify the phases of your cycle and learn to recognise them.
Understand how your energy, mood, appetite or desire may change.
Read recommendations tailored to each stage of your cycle.
Connect with your body without judgement or pressure.
CICLA IS FEMINIST
It is a project made by women, for women.
We believe every body is different and that menstrual health goes far beyond reproduction.
We do not infantilise or use patronising language.
We design with diversity and the reality of different bodies in mind.
CICLA IS RELIABLE
We do not sell your data, and we never will. Your data belongs only to you.
Cicla’s information and recommendations are based on medical and scientific knowledge and reviewed by healthcare professionals.
We believe that understanding your body is a form of empowerment.
CICLA IS APPROACHABLE
We use clear, accessible and honest language.
We want you to feel supported, not judged.
Your opinion is very important to us. Email us anytime at hola@cicla.es or find us on social media.
Important notice: no menstrual cycle tracking app should be used as a contraceptive method.
