Between games, there’s a quiet moment, a changeover, when you actually think about what just happened. Changeover is that moment, kept.
A tennis journal for players who care about the story of their game, not a wall of charts. Log a match, a practice, or a hit while it’s still fresh: the score, how it felt, what clicked, what to try next time. Put this weekend’s match on the schedule too. Over weeks, those notes become something you can actually learn from.
See your week at a glance. Come back to old matches when a pattern starts to nag at you. Type an opponent you’ve played before and the last thing you wrote about them comes right back. Keep your rackets, shoes, and strings in the bag, setups and tensions included, so the journal remembers what you were using and how many hours are on that string bed. Watch your streak, your competition record, and the themes that keep showing up in your own words.
Turn a good session or a good month into something worth posting: a clean card, or a transparent sticker to drop over a photo in your story.
When you want a sharper read, optional Changeover AI sits with your history: insights, Ask Changeover, practice ideas, and match reflection drawn from what you logged, not generic tips from the internet.
Your journal lives on your phone. No account. No feed. Reminders are opt-in and stay on your device. Changeover AI is an optional yearly subscription if you want the added coach that remembers.
Remember what happened. Learn from it. Play better next time.
