Every strain hits different. The problem is remembering which one.
Canopy is a private strain library for people who actually pay attention. Search more than 16,000 strains, add the ones you try, rate them, log what they did — and never again stand in a dispensary trying to recall the name of the thing that worked.
No account. No cloud. No tracking. Everything stays on your phone.
◈ A DATABASE THAT WORKS OFFLINE
Over 16,000 strains ship inside the app. Search any of them on a plane, in a basement, in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to download. Nothing to sign in to.
◈ YOUR LIBRARY, RATED
Half-star ratings, so you can finally admit something was a 3.5. Flag the ones that missed with "Did Not Like" and stop repeating your mistakes.
◈ LOG WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Fifteen effects, the honest ones included — Euphoric, Relaxed, Creative, Focused, Sleepy, Energetic... and Dry Mouth, Anxious, Paranoid. Add THC and CBD percentages, seed type, method (smoke, vape, edible), and whether it belongs to your daytime or your nighttime.
◈ FIND THE NEXT ONE
Tap any effect and Canopy surfaces strains from the database that share it, ranked by how much they overlap with what you already love.
◈ SEE THE FAMILY TREE
Genetics, mapped. Walk a strain's lineage up through its parents and down through its children. Understand why your favorites are your favorites.
◈ YOUR TOP 20
Every strain you've rated, ranked. Gold, silver, bronze. A leaderboard for your own taste.
◈ THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
A photo gallery for every strain. Session notes. Vendor and seed-vendor tracking that autocompletes from the shops you've used before. Filter by type, category or method. Sort by what you loved most.
◈ IT'S YOUR DATA
Export the entire library to CSV whenever you feel like it. Take it with you. It was always yours.
PRIVACY, NOT AS A FEATURE — AS THE DEFAULT
Canopy has no servers. It has no analytics. It has no login screen, because there is nothing to log in to. Your library lives in exactly one place: your phone. That isn't a setting you have to go find. It's the only way the app works.
FREE. ACTUALLY FREE.
No subscription. No in-app purchases. No ads. No "pro" tier quietly holding the good features hostage. Everything described above is already in the app you just installed.
Built for iPhone and iPad. Dark by design.
And yes — something happens on April 20th.
