BodyMirror is a private, on-device journal for tracking your weight and progress photos over time — built for anyone who wants to see their own story, at their own pace, without judgment.
WHY BODYMIRROR
No accounts. No servers. No ads. No AI analyzing your photos. Everything you log stays on your device, and stays private — the way a personal journal should.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log your weight and an optional photo in about ten seconds
• Browse your history as a timeline or a calendar
• Compare any two moments side by side with a draggable before/after slider
• Turn a range of photos into a shareable time-lapse video of your own progress
• See a simple weight trend — no medical claims, no scores, just your own data
• Earn quiet milestones for consistency, never a countdown pressuring you not to miss a day
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
BodyMirror never uploads your photos anywhere. There's no AI or machine-learning process that estimates body composition, body fat, or anything similar from your images — the only number BodyMirror ever shows you is the weight you typed in yourself. If you'd like your data to follow you across your devices, you can turn on iCloud sync — it goes through your own private iCloud account, which we have no access to.
