Your mappings are saved and reused, so future imports of the same format are just a couple of taps.
To keep your Apple Health data clean, BloodPressureImporter includes built‑in duplicate detection. The app compares systolic and diastolic values and the time of each reading within a small tolerance window. Readings that are already in Apple Health are flagged as duplicates and locked, so you don’t accidentally upload the same measurement twice.
