ARFID Tracker is a private, judgment-free food journal designed for people with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder and selective eating.
Track what you eat, how it felt, and what made it easier or harder — all stored privately on your device, never shared with anyone.
What you can track:
• Food name and category
• Enjoyment rating (1–5 stars)
• Texture (crunchy, soft, chewy, and more)
• Temperature preference
• Sound sensitivity
• Personal notes
Features:
• Food calendar — see your eating history day by day
• Progress stats — unique foods tried, categories explored, most common textures
• Food suggestions — gentle ideas for new foods similar to ones you already enjoy
• Works completely offline — no account, no internet required
• Safe for children — no data collection of any kind
Whether you're working with a therapist, a dietitian, or exploring on your own, ARFID Food Explorer gives you a simple tool to understand your relationship with food over time.
