aKind is a location-based social discovery app that bridges the gap between the digital and physical worlds. Instead of endless swiping through strangers across the city, aKind connects you with compatible people who are physically nearby in real time.
Whether you’re looking for a running buddy, a gallery-hopping friend, or a partner for life, aKind brings your people closer.
How aKind works
Meet people near you
Discover friends in your area who share your vibe. Whether you're new in town or just looking to expand your social circle, aKind helps you find people near me. No more wondering — just real connections waiting to happen.
Find events near you
From run clubs and gallery openings to coffee meetups and book nights, discover events happening right now in your city. Find events near you and connect with people who are actually available to hang out. Walk in alone, leave with a name.
Make friends IRL
Real connections happen in real life. aKind helps you move from chat to real-world conversations without the pressure of dating or awkward networking. Just genuine people looking for genuine connections.
Your wingman for social discovery
Whether you're at a café, a concert, or a co-working space, aKind shows who's around you and helps you break the ice. Think of it as your social wingman — helping you make friends and meet new people without the guesswork.
